SWiT Take Over

SWiT hosted a Take Over event at Dynamic Earth to celebrate the academic achievements of women who completed the Empower You course in Digital Leadership. A number of fantastic speakers highlighted opportunities within companies who are committed to encouraging and supporting a diverse workforce. Networking at the event between people in industry and women looking for new talent was at the heart of the event to ensure SWiT connect those avenues of opportunity!

This event was a massive success thanks to the support from our industry partners who helped women connect with the right people and companies across Scotland, who are passionate about diversity and seek inspirational new talent.
