SWiT have conducted a number of valuable sessions which have defined and refined our strategy, vision, objectives as well as our activities for 2023 and beyond. This investment of time will ensure we optimise our focus on people in industry who are underrepresented and have access to limited support in order to succeed towards leadership roles or develop laterally in their careers.
